No. You never pay for leads. We only charge a service fee when you complete a job no upfront costs.
Once a job is completed and verified, payouts are issued within 2–3 business days through the payment method you set up during onboarding.

We follow a structured cancellation policy. When possible, we replace cancelled jobs with another job in your ZIP codes.
No. Solo painters and established crews are both welcome. Job types will be assigned based on your capacity.
We prioritize fair job distribution based on performance, location, and availability. High-quality partners receive more job opportunities.
Yes. You can continue taking your own clients while working with us there’s no exclusivity requirement.
Jobs are priced based on industry standards, project size, materials, and ZIP-code demand. All pricing is shared before you accept the job.
You get access to our partner support team, job scheduling assistance, client communication help, and dispute resolution.
Most painters do not. However, certain specialty services (lead-safe, epoxy, commercial coatings) may require proof of certification if applicable.
Yes. You can update your status to “Unavailable” at any time, and we’ll temporarily stop sending job offers.
